Education & Experience
I currently hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Therapy. I have been a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State since 2019 and began my private practice in 2024 (license number: LH61125127). Before earning my master’s degree, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
I have had experiences serving youth populations in several settings including community mental health where I worked with elementary and high school students, as well as in an educational-based center where I supported youth working to overcome challenges associated with different learning styles like dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other executive functioning challenges.
I am dedicated to helping clients move past diagnostic labels and focus on developing new tools for thriving. I also believe therapy should be accessible to all and should be a collaborative process in deciding when the therapy relationship begins and ends.
In my personal time, I enjoy exploring Seattle’s walking trails, finding a new coffee spot, and looking for the best thrift stores. I am also a big fan of staying home, cooking, watching comedy, listening to podcasts, and cleaning/organizing. I love talking documentaries, health & fitness, and food spots!
