Insurance & Billing Information
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, meaning that clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of the service. I will provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement - please note that each insurance company/plan has a different reimbursement rate and it is recommended that you call your insurance company to find out more about reimbursement rates for your specific plan.

I am currently offering sessions at $150 per 50 minutes (CPT Code: 90837).
How to determine your coverage
To learn more about your specific out-of-network coverage, please call the benefits phone number located on the back of your insurance card and provide them with the billing code above to inquire about your out-of-network deductible, any co-insurance, or copays for which you are responsible.
