About Me
What Working With Me Looks Like…
I provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults in Washington State, offering both in-person sessions in Issaquah and telehealth services. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping clients build skills they can use in daily life. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, improving emotional awareness, and developing healthier ways to cope with stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs — whether helping children manage emotions and behavior, supporting teens with school or social pressures, guiding young adults through life transitions, or providing parenting support and coaching.
My approach does not focus heavily on diagnosis. Instead, I help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional and behavioral skills, and develop tools that support long-term mental health and overall well-being.

Skills
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (LH61125127) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. My training focuses on supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
My professional experience includes work in community mental health and school-based settings, where I supported students and families with concerns related to anxiety, emotional regulation, behavior, and life transitions. This background informs my approach to therapy and allows me to understand the unique challenges young people face at home, in school, and in their daily lives.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and I also provide parenting coaching to help caregivers support their child’s emotional and behavioral growth. I offer in-person therapy sessions in Issaquah one day per week, along with telehealth services three days per week.
When I am not working, you can find me exploring the city, searching for the best new coffee spot, or digging through the nearest thrift store. I also love staying in to read a good history book, watch a comedy podcast, or spend quality time with friends.
